SEM’s employees consists of people with a background of different expertise therefore allowing them to deliver a quality service to their customers. They support and implement a wide range of software, operating systems, databases,and other requirements on an ad hoc basis. Their main objective is the smooth, secure and trouble free operation of the COOP infrastructure. This involves supporting and maintaining the IT equipment, application software, connectivity software and all relevant security issues.
Over the last few years the company has changed as a whole, from a new General Manager with a vision for the future, a new management team, a new company infrastructure with the required departments to take SEM Ltd to new heights in service and quality. Doubling the work force with experts in all technologies SEM is heading to be one of the major IT players in Cyprus. At current they are in the process of developing a state of the art building in the capital of Nicosia, where technology will lead the way to a more green and environment friendly future.
